Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hey I've beaten NORTHWIND FIELD and unlocked MT.FARAWAY and recruited Groudon now I have some questions. 1.I'm planing to recruit Lugia in SILVER TRENCH and can't bring a bird,who should I bring and what level should they be. 2.Same thing But BURIED RELIC and MT.FARAWAY.PLEASE ANSWER!THANK YOU!
PS:I gave a list of SOME of my Pokemon in my last question,but they are stronger now and my strongest is level 55 Charzard.

1.When I went through Silver trench I took my raichu and my moltres to protect raichu.I did this as when I was there Moltres used heatwave in the monster rooms that are quite tough.i also took my tight belts wich stopped me from dieing of hunger.and when I got to the last floor before Lugia I sent moltres home then I defeated lugia.also any level high than 50 should do.

2.Basicly the same again just bring a few tough Pokemon and a tight belt.

Also if you can,it would help if you took some reviver seeds with you and max elixers it really helps.

You can take a bird then on the floor before the Pokemon you are recruitng tell them to go back by saying farewell I got Lugia by doing that
