I have given you a few link cables as quite a few Pokemon need them to evolve.

Also, you know if you go back behind the locked doors (especially the 10th floor of Solar Cave where the 1st one was) that you've already gotten an HM or something from, you'll find Link Cables almost every time, just in case you were wondering where to get as many as you need.
