Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Okay everyone finally I got back on the computer and i'm here. Anyways lets see where to start. I have all 9 starters from my charizard and blastoise. Nearly all lengends and some good ones. And I even have the action replay hah. But anywways mates. My question is well I got through the getting all freind areas and I got another gardivoir is it right to ahev 2 of every Pokemon with an ivolved form? I did that before when I was marowak but I think I should ask you guys just to be sre. Reply back in the honest way and tell me what you think of my charizard.

Hp:223 (i used life seeds)
Moves:
Airial Ace 8/8
Dragon claw +6 12/12
Flamethrower +2 15/15
Heat wave +3 15/15

***** out of *****. The only inprovements you should make is to make his flame thrower stronger and get him to level 99 and teach him blast burn.
