Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

How come I got lucario rank but I didn't meet him in the Pokemon square and can I even see him

People say that after you get the rank he comes and others say if you beat Wish Cave the day after you rescue medicham he will come. I don't believe either, but it may happen. I don't think he is in this game.

MORE POKEMYTHS! ARRG! OK, when you get to Lucario rank, you don't get to meet him!! What will happen, however, is that you will be given a statue of him for the right side grassy ares around your base, BUT, if you have reached Lucario Rank and didn't get your statue, then you merely need to remove at least one piece of mail out of your mailbox, go to sleep or whatever, and the next time you get mail delivered a letter announcing your achievement will be there and so will your statue! This is the story on Lucario-you will not meet him in the game, sorry. It's probably just a twisted version of how you might get to meet Munchlax in the square, help him, and receive the Munch Belt! That is a random event and take it if you get the chance. You can get other statues by beating all the DoJo's mazes after main story mode (Bonsly), and Mime Jr. and Weaville from completing missions or getting the codes for them from somewhere here on Supercheats. Sorry you can't meet him-only a few months until D/P!!!-but this is the truth and I'm very sorry if the others misinformed you at all, now you know the truth-go get your statue and congratualations on reaching Lucario Rank!

You can NOT meet Lucario or any other 4th generation Pokemon besides Munchlax,who you CAN'T get.Hewill come to town after doing a certain WM and if given a Apple will give you the Munch Belt.
PS:The Munch Belt increases your special attack and defence by one level but makes your belly go down faster.
