Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

HELP!! I need help with beating articuno ... I've got a level19 torchic and a level21 squritle any one got any help..(im a fugitive by the way)

If you have problems, level your Torchic to 22 and squirtle should be just OK.
I have a strategy you might want to try. Throw a gravelerock at Articuno when you're 1 step away from it.If you do not have any , use a far ranged attack but NEVER let him blast you with powder snow. It can damage you badly even if you're a fire or water type.When it comes, burn it down with Torchic's fire type attacks.For squirtle, set all the attacks only.
You should beat him easily.
( Articuno is level 33 with 450hp.)
