I have two questions
1) Is deoxys even possible to recruit because My friends and I have tried at least 39 times but all with fail. I've recruited all the legendary birds including Lugia and Ho-oh, suicune, mewtwo,Kyogre, Groudon,and Rayquaza with no problem on my first try but why not Deoxys?
2) In wish cave you are reduced to level one and have completely different moves and when you leave the dungeon you go back to normal like it never happened right? I just want a yes or no with some detail for an answer. Thanks!

1) Yes, Deoxys is recruitable but you must have a Lv90 and a friend bow because his basic recruitment rate is - 10 and I think Lucario Rank adds a 4% recruitment rate. So if you have the 3 things , you will have a 28.5% recruitment rate.
Also you MUST only bring 3 Pokemon or less with at the most 5 body size
