I highly doubt it, first how are you going to put them in at all? If you have an AR for the DS, then go find the Blue codes at codejunkies.com (AR's website for codes), it's so new I don't think we have any posted here yet. If not, then how on earth would you use them?! On the AR Max Duo, you can't do anything but save or load game files with DS games, so if you're thinking that, then no. You'd most likely need the correct Master Code at least, even codes that worked in both R & S for example, you still needed a different Master Code. Check AR's website I put above-if they don't have them no one probably will. Sorry! But, you can always try...

Thanks a lot guys. ^^ I just got an action replay for DS and uploaded PMD: Blue Rescue Team cheats on it. So thanks anyway. ^^

Good! I wasn't sure since the DS AR just came out, so I didn't know what, if any, cheats they may have. I'm glad you found some! If you feel like helping out, you can post them on this site in the AR section for this game since there aren't any there now. Are they any good, by the way?
