I have found them in any dungeon.

Get a Wonder Mail Code! Go check the walkthrough sections for this game and Red, too, as the Wonder Mail codes will work for both-that will get you some. Also, you can get them from the Kelcleon shops, inside Howling Forest, Stormy Sea, Desert Region, and other places, too. Have you condsidered using X-Ray Specs? They show you all the goodies and the foes on the floor, too, and you don't need to use a new one each floor. I always use them on my leader unless I'm doing something specific I need another item for-they're the best thing since Itemfinders!!! (That's why I have no codes handy to give to you, sorry! There should be plenty, though.)
