Can someone tell me what do I do after I beat Deoxys.

After you beat Deoxys? You just have to recruit him! His basic recruitment rate is -10%. So you can't recruit him. Sorry.
Hehehe, actually, if you're lv90 or more, and if you hold the friend bow (if you don't have one, look to my answer to Birdcage yesterday, (the one which is 27 WM and 10 meters long!) there's 4 WM for it) then his recruitment rate is 24,5%(thanks to pimpblue for this info).
I recruited him on my second time, because you can bring a 4**** poke there, like some legendary pokes ;-) (I had a lv 95 Articuno). I just advice you to hold one X-rays specs on the 19 first floors, to know where Deoxys' shadows are!
