Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

1. There is a locked building next to the kecleon shop and also next to the gulpin link shop - how do you unlock them?

2. What Pokemon know the move 'recycle' and at what level?

3. Who is better to have on the rescue team - mudkip or wailmer?

1) I think it's just for decoration, but who knows later on...
2) Mr. Mime(Level 33) & Porygon/Porygon 2(Level 44) get Recycle. You can't store used TM's, but you can leave them in a dungeon, by the way.
3) Mudkip, definitely, because he's a dual-type and easily beats most enemies early on in the game.

Correct bbg! And, you can also SELL used tm's for 1 poke'!! Hee hee!hahaha!
Mudkip!!! cuz he evolves into a MUCH tougher, 2 type monster that DOMINATES because of his HIGH sp. defense + attack!
