Nah! Not a bad idea though, but try this out for a team:
Charizard:
Heat Wave(go to gulpin shop and REMEMBER IT!!)
Slash
Fly
Overheat and have him at lv. 45
Venusaur: he levels fast!
Sleep Powder
Razor Leaf
Bullet Seed
Frenzy Plant(have to get IQ at 7*! And at VERY high lv!)
And last, Swampert: because he's 2 types, and can learn almost ANY tm,and hm!
Hydro Pump
Dig
Slash
Surf
I guess it depends on what dungeon you're going to go into, but variety is more useful in my opinion. Why not get a nice Mudkip? Then you can walk through watery areas to shortcut through dungeons, and Charizard can walk through magma, so you're covered in most dungeons. I think you're limiting yourself but, hey, it's your game, do whatever you want! If you're not planning on using them together, than I guess you could teach one certain moves and the other different ones, and bring whichever one seems most suited for the task...
