Keep trying to get it to join you. It depends what missions or events you have done. You can go to the Relic thing to try to get mew. You can go to wish cave for Jirachi. You can go to get Celebi at the forest place, (newest forest only.) You can try for latios and latias. You can try to recruit kaiogre. You can try for the legendary dogs (you allready fought.) You can try to get mewtwo and a lot more.

Well, you can go buy the Rainbow Peak friend area and go back and try to recruit it...it's pretty likely you'll be able to do so. Oh, and you can go tell Spinda about your adventure that he started you on. If you mean, "what's next?", I'd say it depends on what you've done so far. You can scale the 99 floor Western Cave for Mewtwo. That'll be possible only after you recruit Ho-Oh. Did you recruit the 3 legendary birds, and then go try to get Lugia? That you can do if you haven't yet. After that, you can try for Deoxys in Meteor Cave. Those are pretty time consuming...if you need more ideas, ask again & mention what you've done and who you've recruited already.
