Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Can anyone tell me how to get eevee to evolve into espeon? I have the sun ribbon. (which is how I thought you did it.) So there must be some other thing I need to do. Can you tell me.

You can only get eevee to evolve at the end of the game after rayquaza stops the meteor, then go to the whishcash pond alone they will ask if you want 2 evolve with or without an item say with and then equip the sun ribbon.

What you have to do is that you have to get eevee's IQ up to 4 by using gummis and then take it up to whischash ( spelling ) pond and do what you have to do.

I think all you need to do is make it so Eevee is by itself so it can go to Luminous Cave (the evolution spot) and then give the Sun Ribbon when it asks if you want to use any items for the evolution. That should work, as long as you finished the main story mode and evolution is again possible in the land of Pokemon, which I'm assuming you did or you wouldn't have the Sun Ribbon!
