Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I need a little help. The regis will not join my my team and neither did mew. For regirock I had 19 rock parts and a friend bow because the guide book said if you kept rock part you could recruit him and he still did not join. All I need to know is if there is any easy way to recruit any of the Pokemon above. Any answer is helpful.

The reason is Mew is unlikey and the regis are very unlikey
having 19 rock parts dont really help at all because i recuit regi steel without any steel parts and no freind bow(i wasnt expecting them)

Ummm.... Do you have the friend area? I think it is something like buried ruins or something like that.ask wigglytuff and she will help too. I am sure I helped (as usual) so my Trek (Sceptile) deserves a grand applause! Here we go!! [clapclapclapclapclapclap......]

O ya please tell me what level should I be in my red rescue team to enter frosty forest I am treko lvl 19 and partner pikachu lvl 22.

You NEED to have the Music Box for ALL 4 OF THEM!!! When you battle regirock,or any o' the regi's, there is a 0.1% chance for ALL the regi's to join you! Mew's Recruitment rate is : 0.9% chance! So, have the music box, in your toolbox(and KEEP IT THERE!!), AND have a Friend bow, and you're rescue Rank needs to be either diamond , OR Lucario , and you're leader NEEDS to kill the pokemon! And, you're leader NEEDS to be around lv. 89 - 99 to even have a CHANCE at getting them! And, and a LITTLE tip for the Regi's: when you recruit them, and you're STILL going through buried relic, or ANY dungeon, take off their move Explosion, or else they're GONE FROM YOUR TEAM *FOREVER*!!!
