Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

What level should my Swampert and Blaziken or/and Tropius be to go into the Stormy Sea and face Kyroge.

They should be higher then 35

Kyogre is only at level 25 when you meet with him. It's best if your Pokemon are on at least level 30 or 35. But for an easy win be on level 40 or higher. You should use your Tropius and Swampert for the best type match-up since Blaziken is weak against water.
