Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

How d I get pikachu to joni me and I'm articuno and I have friend bow lvl 70 and I keep trying to recruit groudon and what lvl does duskul evolve and how do I get a mudkip,torchic,bulbasaur

1: pikachu is on floors 10 - 30, of Lighting Field(he's easy to recruit!). 2: NEVER bring a legendary to recruit ANYTHING!!! You can't recruit anyone with Articuno because his size is 4****!! Bring a Pokemon that's 1*, and that's a Water type(for Groudon!). 3 : around lv. 35, or 37!. You can recruit ALL 3 at Joyous Tower, a 99 floored dungeon, tjat REDUCES you, and all Pokemon you bring to lv. 1!!!

To get Pikachu to join your team, you have to go to Lightning Field and battle the Pikachu's along the way. Just keep beating some and they'll join. Groudon has a 50% of joining your team. I suggest bringing one Pokemon holding a Friend Bow, and having a Lucario Rank for your team.
