1. How do I get hyper beam for Mewtwo.
2. How do I get Deoxys, I beat him like 5 times and he wont join my team, I have mewtwo lvl 68 and I his iq at 11 stars, want to I have to do to get him.

Get to the 20 floor at meteor cave and it says he is recruitable.. Mewtwo sorry no clue. You can get it though
