I need help!!! I fainted from hunger!!! I WILL NOT LET TEAM VALCIRION GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!!!........from somone else.

OK incase someone dosn't know a joy seed increases your pokemon's level by 1
And a joy ribbon gives you experence equal to the damage you take while you are holding it!!! All you need to do to get one is rescue me with the password above and post the A-OK mail password and tell me witch one you want! Plz rescue me!!!
