Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I was wondering how to recruit rayquaza .I'm a latias Lv. 40 and I'm holding a friend bow.Pleas don't say go up to LV. 100 cause that's going to take forever and I gave raquaza a sky gummy and it still don't work.

B'cuz rayquaza size is 4 stars and latias size is 2 star .That is over the dugeon space.

Rayquaza has a recruit rate of -10%. Try to make it go up a bit Smile.
