There is oranberry which heals you fully and some reviver seeds are really handy cos they revise you if you fiant the joy seed is handy if your high leveled and want to level up the x-ray specks are quite good for seeing items and foes and the tight belts are good if you don't have any apple of any kind. There are lot and lots I can go on for ever
