Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

When do I battle lucario? I already got lucario rank and the statue, but he hasn't challenged me.

You fight him after recruiting absolutely EVERY Pokemon, meaning each different one.

yeah you need all legendarys, to be in rucario then alakasam will give you acess to a 99fl dungeon called dojo regitration in there you will fight lucario in the 99 floor but u cant befriend him without his friend area. i got it throw a wonder mail but i forgot

WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THIS INFO FROM? IT'S ALL LIES! Actually there is NO lucario in this game. Just the rank and the little fig thingy next to your base. Just a little taster for the 4th Gen.

There is a cave called Dojo Regestration. I havent gone there yet cause I have not unlocked it. Here is the wonder mail code: S?2C RWY? 48F8 73?7 68S0 P7?W.
The reward is a friend area. It might be Lucario's
