Poochyena evolves at level fourteen, you should train him at team rumblerock in the dojo, bring no items, bring two other Pokemon and go to a room with one entrance, make one go the other way and the other wait at the entrance to the room, hold a and b and you should get like 217 per second exp.
Wait, I mean level 18 srry about that, also, if poochyena is strong enough, you can train him at meteor cave, save your game first, bring 2 apples [ any kind] and xray specs so you can see the deoxys on the floor , use dark type moves, [ since poochyena is dark and deoxys is psychic] and you should get OVER 1000 EXP!
Evolves at lvl 18 but you have to complete the game first to unlock luminous cave.
