How do you get Rayquaza I can never get him.And please can you tell me what the catch percent of getting him.

You just have to keep facing him, the odds of recruitment are 10%, so just keep trying. Perhaps get the Friend Bow first.

its -10% not 10%, get a friend bow with a wonder amil code, and level up so u can have a positive % of recruiting him

1st you need to find fly your best bet is to be
at lv100 and have a
2nd you need to teach fly freind bow and go
around a circle then it
3rd then you go to sky tower it his99.9

4th his rucruit rate is -10%
