Does anyone have the ar code for 100% recruiment rate that actually works? Also is there a codes that makes you have all legendaries recruited, and if there is could you give it to me?

I hate to say it, but I do not think the code exists for having all legendaries recruited. I would say it is outside of the game script, because there would probably be some sort of anti-hack there to stop you.
HOWEVER... I just came across this code and am about to try it out. It apparently doesn't work on regular pokemon, but only legendaries. Here it is:

I may be wrong on the game script thing, but I rarely am. The code is untested, but like I said, I am about to try it now. A WORD OF WARNING... I don't know if this was cleared up or not, but apparently codes like this can wreck your game. We'll find out, now, won't we? lol!
