I Need Help

Ok I'm at the part where I have to go find Entei or whatever
I can't go there bc I don't have a water type to learn surf
No Pokemon to learn Waterfall or anything
Where can I find a water type thats easy to find and recruit?

Okay just this is the way I did it so I know it works go to the the place where you can get hms take a key and go to one of the places I don`t remeber the floor it's on just I think it`s b10f then look for the lokked door and use the key then youll have the hm surf then put it in your tool box and make sure that you take1 Pokemon into the dungeon and don`t die or you might lose the surf it should work it works for me but you probaly will not recruit them if it dosent work your games stuft it self and now it's broken.

Go to places that have water Pokemon and keep fighting them till they join you're team..........................................................................

You can just bring the HM with you instead. But it's kinda risky.
