How do you start off the game with an eevee because my friend started off with one and I can't seem to start off with one.

You need to make yourself as naive as possible when aswering questions. Like, "A scream comes from behind a door. What do you do?" You say "Scream in unison"
Like that. Good luck, it may take a couple tries.
To become an Eevee at the begining of the game, you have to sound naive, and you have to choose a girl to play as. It does not work at all if you choose a boy character. (There is not a difference in gameplay if you choose a boy or a girl)
Make yourself as naive as possible. Different Pokemon depend on the gender you choose.
