I can't answer all questions but ill try my best
In order:
1) I think you should recruit the 3 legend birds with a friend bow if you have one then train feraligatr and charizard up to 50 at least
2) There are 99 levels of buried relic with the regis at lvls 15, 25 and 35, and Mew on a random level between 36 and 98 inclusive.
3) to get ot wish cave you need to get the friend areas boulder cave, dragon cave and then sky blue plains. Then you talk to Arbok a few times to recieve a mission to rescue gengar from about lvl 20 of wish cave. But you need surf. Also, in wish cave you get sent back to lvl 1 temporarily, I can't remember if you lose all your items or not, but just to be safe deposit all items and money.
4) Mt Faraway has 40 levels so I suppose if you get your 2 starters to level 50+ then you should be al right.

The iq doesnt matter. It matters your level, whether or not you have a friend bow, and the higher level you are the more likely it is.im level 100 and have a friend bow, and I recruited most of the legendaries. You should go back to battle zapdos right now because on red team, my feraligtr recruited him at about 34. There are 99 floors (sorry) in buried relic.you get wish cave by 1st buying southern island and finishing the latios latias thing. Then you go to the wiscash pond and youll see medicham and ekans planning to go to a dungeon where wishes come true. Talk to them a few more times and eventually you see ekans at the bulletin board and there is a note from medicham. You can complete this mission to unlock murky cave but it is extremely difficult to do because you get turned to level 1. Don't take anything too valuable there because it's a quick save thing and you would lose something like a friend bow. If you want to be safe take about 5 reviver seeds, a few joy seeds if you want to level up, and a bunch of berries, but not too many because there are some useful items that you can get. The good thing is that you keep some items if you die. Mount far away is 40 floors and the Pokemon located there are these: hitmonchan, lunatone, snorunt, golem, azumarill, marshtomp, vigoroth, granbull, dugtrio, weezing, croconaw, glalie, parasect, castform, and the mirage Pokemon is ho-oh if you didnt know that. I have a guide if your wondering how I know all the pokemon. Your team is pretty good for that place, but you should get a strong electric type so that you can defeat ho-oh with your team of three.also , you should take a key there because there is a freind bow on 30(i think it is).
