Where do you get the Sinnoh region starters in Heart Gold? And how do you get the Hoenn region starters as well?

To get the Sinnoh starters, you must trade.
To get the Hoenn starters, you must trade for them or migrate them. After beating Red and getting your Kanto starter from Professor Oak, you can get one Hoenn starter from Steven Stone in the Silph Co. Lobby.

You will either use cheats Via Action Replay or R4
Or you will have to have 2 Pokemon Heart Gold games and another DS in order to trade them.

You can't get the Sinnoh Starters in-game, you must trade or use a cheat code. You can get one of the Hoenn Starters from Steven Stone in Silph Co. After you've defeated Red at the top of Mt.Silver.
