u need rotom for silph co elevator which you can get by trading with somebody that has diamond, pearl, or platinum. In pearl, diamond, or platinum, you can get rotom by going to the old chatou by eterna city at 00:00 or a time close to that.

yes you can go into sliph co. but only with a rotom in the first pokemon in your party . you can get a rotom in pokemon platinum at the old chatuea in night time buy talking to the tv in the main room. you can not acess the radio tower which is wierd to put it there if you cant acess it!

I believe that you need latios,latias,groudon,kyogre,and rayquaza to get to the top of the lavender radio tower.Though you need a rotom to get to the top of Silph Co. Office building (groudon:ss kyogre:hg latios:hg latias:ss rayquaza:both hg and ss rotom:platinum diamond and pearl at the old cheatou

Right about the rotom, you need the walk through walls code to get into lavender radio station, but when you get out, it is a room out of poke balls and a message saying you have drowned, then you end up in an alternate world where you have Nation dex 000 running the day care, you can get the GS ball, and shadow Lugia and rusty ho-oh appear, and you can get anything as an egg (Mario, the player, Toad) It's awesome! Don't save your game there, go to the original world first, then save.
