Hoenn sound is played on the radio every Wednesday. Just play the Pokemon March station. For Sinnoh, play your radio on a Thursday.

Dudeguy96 answered:

They are radio stations on the Pokegear, but they're only available on certain days.

InvertAlpha answered:

I believe it is on the Pokegear's radio, but you need to beat Red in Mt. Silver. Be aware that it only plays on certain days.

Actually, what many of you failed to note was that the Sinnoh/Hoenn Sound is only made available after retrieving the "Stolen Part" for the Power Plant in Cerulean City and later returning to the Lavender Town Radio Tower (after you finished the "Power Plant" mission) to receive the Radio Expansion Card. In other words, if you just stared the game, you won't hear it, even on the correct corresponding days until you get to Kanto and complete this mission. Hope that helps.

Guest answered:

the answers above are pretty good. But just to add, sinnoh is on thursdays and Hoenn on Wednsdays. Im gonna catch a plusle.

Guest answered:

Lol I got a rare aceus randomly instead of Lugia in heart gold after I beat red but shiny it was cools but it was wedsday

Guest answered:

Actually you don't need to get the "stolen part." Hoenn/Sinnoh sound becomes available as soon as you get the National Pokedex, so you can listen to it in Johto to find wild Hoenn/Sinnoh Pokemon. Retrieving the stolen part is needed if you want to hear it in Kanto, but all the Hoenn/Sinnoh sound Pokemon can be caught in Johto.

Guest answered:

I tried using hoenn sounds on Wednesday & hoenn sounds isn't showing up.

Guest answered:

To sum eveything up,get the EXPN card then on wednesday play the Pokemon march station
