What is so great about a "CHERISH BALL" because there is people on the net creating hype about it

Nothing special I suppose. It's just that you can't get one. So I guess people like them alot. And when people can't get something they want it. Also when the Pokemon is thrown out it looks way awsome.
All I know is that it has something to do with the Nintendo Events. I know you get it at a Nintendo Event and you can cheat to get it, but I believe that it's not any better than a normal Poke Ball.
A cherish ball is what the Pokemon you receive at special events come in. You can't get one any other way. (i guess unless you cheat, that is.) And you don't catch Pokemon with them. If you would like to see what one looks like, goto:

Just scroll down the list, and youll see one in the "balls" part. They're kind of red.
It is a special ball only given out on events. The Pokemon coming out looks way neato when it comes out, too. Like a rainbow... :]
