Does anyone know how to get past the guy on Victory Road to get to route 224??? If anyone knows plzzzz tell me.

You have to complete the game first. He will then move and you can on your way.

You have to beat the E4 and get the National Dex and have Oak's Pass(that is the road that leads to Shaymin)

Well thats not exactly the hardest of all questions bud. Ever think of beating the elite 4 and picking up the national dex? Because that would do it. You really don't think you could have figured that one out by yourself?

You have to have beaten the elite 4. Remember the fat guy standing in front of the cave entrance? He's gone now. Go through the cave and you'll find it.

It depends. Is this after or before the elite four?
Because if it's before and you havn't got the national dex then you don't need to pass him because there is a big long route pass him that takes you to wher you find shayimin. And if it's before (sorry I got side tracked) then you walk through the 2 hill like things untill you see a rock climbing wall, use rock climb and then battle the trainer and you are in the elite four. But if it's after the elite four then as soon as you have the national dex then he should be gone and you will meet syntia. Hope I helped

I'm pretty sure you need to obtain the National Dex and beat the E4, seen as how there are trainers with Pokemon in the level 50s.
