Number 46: Paras: you might be able to get it from he safari zone. But I would migrate it from XD, Fire red, or Leaf green.

Number 65: Alakazam: Get a kadabra and trade it. You could catch a abra at routes 203 and 215.

Number 134: Vaporeon: get a eevee and use a water stone on it.

Number 135: Jolteon: get a eevee and use a thunder stone on it.

#46 is Wormadam can be seen on Route 214. Beauty Devon has one at level 25.

#65 is Driftloon can be seen in the Hearthome City Gym. Trainer Picniker Cheyenne has one at Level 28 along with School Kid Mackenzie who has two at the same level. You can also see one right in front of Valley Wind Works every Friday for battle & capture.

#134 is Finneon can be seen in a double battle with Kendrick and Beauty Gabriella at level 23 around the Lake Valour area. They can also be seen on Route 211 various trainers have them at or around level 40.

#135 is Lumineon can be seen on Route 223 at level 43.

46 is wormadam you have to either evelve a burmy to lv 20, or meet it in a battle

65 you can either evolve drifloon at 28 or see it by battling Flint in the Elite 4

134 for finneon you can fish at route 205, 218, 219, 220, 221, iron island fuego ironworks valley windworks and canalave city with a good rod

135 for Lumineon, you can either evolve finneon at 31, or catch it at all of the places mentioned above with a super rod

#65. Drifloon: can be found in front of the Valley Windworks every Friday.
#134. Finneon: can be found from swimmers on Route 223.
#135. Lumineon: can be found from swimmers on Route 223.
