Hey,Thanks for the help on Togepi but I can't get to route 230,i can see..

You need to beat the Elite Four, get the National Dex and head east and surf until you come to an island with grass. Use the pokeradar in there and you will eventually find one in the low 20's

When you go to where route 230 starts there will be two people standing in your way of the water. They tell you something. (idont remember what). That is the way you have to go to get onto route 230. To get the people to move you have to complete your national pokedex.

You can get there once youv beeten the elite 4 and once you do you go to what I think is called snow point city but if thats not it you go to the snow city at the top of the map and theres a boat that only accepts people that have beeten the E4. Once you get to the first town you have to battle 7 trainers at the battle tower (located at the top of the town you have to go throught the two towers that are linked) in singles or dubles, after each battle your Pokemon will be healed and you can't fight with any legendary Pokemon in your party and once you'v defeated the 7 trainers they will give you 3 point used for exchanging them for prizes in the two towers that are linked. Then you may surf to the right of the city or you may go to the dock and head straight up and go to route 225 and in fact I'm in the process of looking for togepi right now it is very hard because it is very rare and you have to walk 100 steps to recharge the pokeradar and theres not much room that isnt grass or water.
