Can anyone tell me where the hall of origin is?its where you get arceus!

It is only accessible with the azure flute, a cheat item, in which you use to call Arceus.

Go to a Nintendo Event [when they come out in the U.S., currently in Japan] to obtain the Azure Flute, or just cheat to get one. Go to Spear Pillar [top of Mt. Coronet] and go in the exact spot where you fought Dialga. Then, use the Azure Flute and stairs will appear that lead to the Hall of Origin where a level 80 Arceus resides.

We know who you get there. To get there, cheat or go to a Nintendo Event and get the item called Azure Flute. Go back to Spear Pillar and will ask you to play the flute. A staircase will appear leading to the Hall or Origin

Go to spear mountain. Play your flute when you walk out of the mountain and onto the spear part. A stair case will appear go up and you will see arceus.
