On route 224 there is this big rock with markings on it ,does anyone know what is the rock there 4 or what it does?

It's not really important...
If you get the Oak's Letter by going to a Nintendo Event or by cheating, Oak will be waiting for you by that rock, and a path opens up beyond that white rock [that leads to Flower Paradise where Shaymin is], but other than that, the white rock serves no other purpose. It almost makes me wonder why it's there, also...

Take Oak's Letter, obtained via cheating or Nintendo Event, and Oak will be waiting there. After talking to him, the route extends and you can fight a Lv 30 Shaymin

If you type in an action replay code thats where you go to get shaymin.

The rock is to get to to kanot and get shaymin but you need oak's letter. it is an event.
