Question for Pokemon Diamond
I just read once you get 255 ev points in one stat that you don't get evs anymore. Does that mean if you battled a hundred Machamps it would be the same as battling a hundred Alakazams?

The max EV's one Pokemon can have is 510. Once you hit 255 in one stat, you can still gain more in other stats, you just won't gain any in the maxed out stat
