Wich Pokemon should I start with turtwig chimchar or piplup my friends..

It really all depends on which one you want. Each one has a chance to counter eachothers' weaknesses, and each one has different weaknesses. I would go for Chimchar because of his awesome speed and attack. But Piplup can learn a lot of special attacks, and he has awesome special attack. Turtwig has good defence, and can be a great tank in your team.

Like I said, I would shoot for Chimchar, but also because of the lack of fire Pokemon that can be caught in the game. You can catch a bunch of grass and water Pokemon, also, but not many are grass/ground and water/steel. If you liked Blaziken in Ru/Sa/E, then you'll like Infernape [Chimchar] in D/P.

Start with whatever Pokemon you want, but if you want my opinion, I'd say chimchar.

I started out with piplup and I really liked him, but I also have an infernape in my party too I would go with starting out with chimchar.

It truly depends on the one you really want. All my friends and myself chose piplup.

Choose turtwig !!

I have 2 reasons why,

1. Turtwig's final evolsion is a grass/GROUND type. So it can use earthquake and kill chimchar easy.

2. Prinplup is water/ice so it can kill it with leaf strom or something.

I started with Turtwig because of a couple reasons.

1.Turtwig's fully evolved form is Toterra, which can use Earthquake. The others fully evolved forms are weak to ground type moves.

2. Torterra can learn Stone Edge, which covers for all of it's weaknesses(fire, ice, flying, and bug).
