1. Is it a good idea to train your Pokemon with rare candies?
2.Does rare candiesgive you half of what your supose to get by actual training

1 NOOOOOOOOO IT is more use ful to duplicate your rare candies then use them and when you get low,duplicate more!

That is what you think is best.
No it gives you the same as training.

Actually it's not as you think. There are things called EV points that contribute to your pokemons stats. You get these points by battling Pokemon, you can't get them from rare candies which is why rare candies will ACTUALLY make your Pokemon weaker... It's ok to give your Pokemon 2 or 3 but not a whole bunch... Hope this helped... =P
