Question for Pokemon Diamond
What are ALL the ways to make a low-level Pokemon learn a move that it learns at a high level? For example, how would I make a Level 37 Leafeon learn Leaf Blade if it learns it at Level 71?

There is no other way.But if a Pokemon has a pre-evolution and could learn the move,it would learn it in a lower level.
