Question for Pokemon Diamond

What are ALL the ways to make a low-level Pokemon learn moves it learns at a high level? For example, how would I make a Level 37 Leafeon learn Leaf Blade if it learns the move at level 71 without making Leafeon level up 34 more levels?

UmbreonDude_ answered:

1) You could use AR to put the moves there

2) You could level it up

3) You could use a TM Move.

dark_dragon_storm answered:

You don't, you have to train. The only way it's possible to get a Leafeon with Leaf Blade below level 71 (using your example) is to start breeding seriously and looking up possible Egg Moves for that Pokemon.

utakermachine answered:

Well I don't think there is any way unless you use the move modifier code.
