Staravia lvl 28
Beautifly lvl 24
Monferno lvl 27
Ps I have just beaten the thrid gym

Ok I would get rid of the Pachirisu for a shinx so you can get a luxray because luxray is alot stronger and better. I would also get rid of the Beautifly because you already have a flying type and a grass type so there is no use for a bug type. I would go catch a gible so you can have garchomp because he is amazing. But besides that your party is looking pretty good. Good luck with the rest of the game.
