Sure, you just have to wait for a nintendo event and get an azure flute, but no nintendo eventss have been scheduled anywhere except in japan.

I am hoping the same for an event for Australia to have an event for Arceus too. But heres an way to get one just go on the forums & ask someone for them to use their AR to get an Arceus then they will trade you. I hope I helped.
