Number 59: Arcanine : Give Growlithe an Fire Stone
Number 65: Alakazam : Trade an Kadabra
Number 135: Jolteon : Give an Eevee an Thunder Stone
Number 148: Dragonair : Train Dratini to lvl 30.

59- Cherrim; Evolve Cherubi at level 25, or battle a trainer on Route 221
65- Drifloon; Go to the front door of Valley WIndworks on Friday
135- Lumineon; Evolve Finneon at lvl 32 , or battle a Trainer on Route 223
148- Azelf; Go to Lake Valor (after getting Dialga at Spear Pillar), and go to the middle. Go in the cave and battle it.
