Question for Pokemon Diamond

I have a quick question...
Where can you get a togapi and a porigon?
~I heared that togapi is in the Pokemon Mansion. is it true? Thank you =)

To get togepi you gotta go to route 230 and you should see an island the use your pokeradar.

I'm not sure about the Pokemon mansion thing, but you can get togepi on route 230 using the Poke Radar.
You can get porygon in the Trophy Garden in Pokemon Mansion (maybe that's what you were thinking of?) but only after obtaining the national pokedex, and then speaking with the mansions owner.

You can find a Togepi using poke radar in a small grassy field between the battle areas and the resort area. You can find porigon using Mr.Backlot and the trophy garden.

Togepi- Go to Route230, and surf to the little island of grass. Use the PokeRadar. When shiny grass appears, go to it, and Togepi should be there.

I have found a togepi by the grasslands in survival area on a cliff area where thiers just a big patch of grass it's on the route of survival area or resort area

I think you can catch both of these on certain days at Pokemon Mansion once you have the national Dex.
