You find Giratina at the TurnBack Cave that Sendoff Spring leads to. You will find Spring Path north of Lake Valor.

You find him in turnback cave which is found in the spring path. To get there you go south of Veilstone.

By socleon city the town with the day care center go downand hug the left wall and you will eventauly find spring path there will be a cave there and I can not tell you the exact path because it is random every time. He will be at level 75. p.s you must have the natinol dex.

Giratina can be found in return cave. The cave is where spring path is and you need your national pokedex.
