Question for Pokemon Diamond
I really doubt this, but is there any AR code for unlimited decoration space in your secret base? Or, at least a code that lets you have more than 15 decoration items. Thanks in advance.

There might not be but you can go on Pokemon Diamond Forums and go on the topic of Action replay and ask someone to make you that code.
