Just a bit in from the Eterna side of the Eterna forest. (You'll have to cut two trees.)

It is in Enterna Forest, right before you leave to go into Enterna City, there is a house with Cut trees at the front.

When your exiting the north exit of the forest
Theres a building thats the old chateau
Pokemon in there are gastly haunter and gengar
Check the television for a rotom [NIGHT ONLY]

It's in the Eterna Forest, right before you enter Eterna City. You will have to cut down some trees before you can go in though.
