Question for Pokemon Diamond
When I get my egg of riolu from riley, I want it to be a female riolu so I can breed it. So like if I save the game before it hatches and it's a boy, can I just keep restarting the game until I get a female or will it continue stay as a male? Please answer and thanks!!

Go to floaroma town and hatch riolu it takes about 6500 steps and if you have a magcargo it cuts it in half so you might want to have 5

Sorry, but once you take that egg, the gender, stats, and nature will remain the same. If you haven't taken the egg yet, save before you take it. If you did, Wait until you get the National Dex and breed with a Ditto.
