Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you get a ditto without cheating? And how do you get an evee? I've tried to find one in the trophey gerden but I can't. What do I do? Thanks for answering!

Ditto:Pokeradar in Route 218.
Eevee:If you can't find it in the trophy garden, get an Eevee from Bebe in Hearthome City, and breed that one.

Ditto --> Use the Pokeradar and try to get it in the grass of Route 218.
Eevee --> Bebe gives you one. She's found next to the Hearthrome Pokemon Center. Eevee can also appear in Trophy Garden.

First things first. You need the national dex. Eevee will be given to you by Bebe, the girl who made the storage system. If you have the national dex she will give you one if you have an empty spot in your party. To get ditto you have to use the pokeradar on route 218. Now understand once again that this all depends on you having the national dex, without there is no way to get ditto or eevee.

I don't know exactly where to find a Ditto in Diamond, but I know you need a Poke Radar for him. You can transfer a Ditto to pal park from GBA gen Pokemon games as well. As for Eevee, the eaisiest way to get one is to talk to Bebe in Hearthome City after you have the National Dex to get one for free. For the garden, you have to talk to the owner first to see if Eevee is in the garden. You can also transfer an Eevee to Pal Park along with Ditto from any previously caught Pokemon in the GBA generation Pokemon games. (Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald.)

You can get Ditto through Pal Park or in the grass near the city with the boats. (forgot the name.) You get Eevee from Bebe in Hearthome City next to the Pokemon Center, or you wait Mr. Backlot tells you that he saw one in his garden.
